Love the food and the staff of this hotel

None, all my experience are exceed my expectation, Planning to visit again

The staff were awesome: attentive, respectful and accommodating (they let me change rooms at 2am and promptly arranged for someone to fix the air conditioner when it was making a hell of a noise and dripping water onto the floor). The location was good, although a little hidden. There were plenty of restaurants nearby although they're on the pricey side; a short walk and you can find cheaper options.

House keeping for the bathrooms needed to be better: toilet paper was often used up and cleanliness could have been improved a lot. There was a toilet in the men's room that rocked if you nudged it. There were guests that smoked in the common area just outside the dorm rooms and the US$100 fine for doing so was never enforced. The hostel itself was fine, but it was a shame about the low-quality, smoking guests it attracted. Staff could be stronger on enforcing rules to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

Absolutamente nada. Incluso la gente fuma en las instalaciones y parece inseguro. Y mi mochila quedo toda sucia en recepción 😡

Debía irme 5am en la mañana. Como las escaleras son altas pedí si podía dejar la mochila abajo. Si era seguro. No estuve en todo el día. Al regresar 11pm no había nadie en recepción. La mochila sola y habia agua sucia todo a su alrededor y bajo la mochila. Espero y a la media hora aparece alguien del personal. Estaban de fiesta al lado. Intento preguntar por qué me dijeron que mi mochila estaría segura y no me entendían. Estaban ebrios o algo mas. Cara desencajada. Luego discutían entre ellos. Gente ebria entrando y saliendo. Y fumando adentro. Incluso en las habitaciones. No debería existir un lugar asi
