NLThe room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. One of the best rooms we stayed in during our time in Sri Lanka. The property looks very new and the room has got all the facilities that you need for your stay. The host is very friendly and always available. They offer extra services such as cold water bottles or laundry for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is simple but good and has some variation. We could park our Tuktuk on the premises. The place is located next to a very busy street but you do not hear any noice, which is perfect. The walk to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes and Hiriketiya is approximately a 15 minute walk.
Coffee or tea during breakfast would be a good addition.

AEThe breakfast was great, but it was too much for us. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good.
It would have been nice if there had been a power socket close to the breakfast area. When you are working during your holiday, it would be nice to have your laptop charged and not have to work in your room where there is a power socket.

The property is described as "beachfront", and "90m from the beach", neither of which are accurate. The property is actually in the middle of Dickwella town which is a bustling (non-touristy) area full of local shops and businesses. The property is at the end of a small alley full of local shops, but somehow manages to be quiet. The biggest issue is that the property is not "beachfront". The nearest access to Dickwella beach is about 5 minutes walk away, though that part of the beach is not used and has no facilities. It is then another 5-10 minute walk to reach the "nice" beach (with facilities). The property is lovely, but should not be advertised as beachfront, nor 90m from the beach.
DEThe king size bed was the most comfortable I had during my 2 month stay in Sri Lanka. The hosts are super sweet and caring and we really enjoyed our stay here.
GBThis place is a real hidden gem! The owners are so welcoming and friendly and the breakfast each morning was SO good! Everything was spotlessly clean and modern and the room had everything you need in terms of AC, plugs by the bed etc. The location is also perfect, right next to dikwella beach and only a short walk down to Hiriketiya beach. 100% recommend!!
