Thisu Villa

Cleanest place we have been so far in Sri Lanka. Very nice host and good breakfast. The location is great. Middle of Dickwella, but located in the end of a quiet ally, so no trafic noise when you are sleeping. We had a wonderful stay with great value for money.

Beautiful clean comfy room with everything we needed for our stay. Very attractive garden and seating area for breakfast. It felt like a little oasis. Owner was very friendly and helpful Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Really beautiful, modern place. Loved the decoration in the room, bed is comfy. Great shower with really good pressure and hot water. The owner is super nice. Breakfast was delicious (eggs, bread, fruits etc).

Location is a bit further from the main beach in Hiriketiya. The beach that's closeby wasn't very clean.

Hidden Gem by the Beach This guesthouse is a hidden gem, just a stone’s throw from the beach. The location was perfect—peaceful and less touristy, making it a great spot to relax without the crowds. The breakfast was excellent, and the host was very welcoming and attentive. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway! Great find as we had a last minute change to the itinerary

A bit hard to find at first, but called the guest house and gave us directions, and waited outside for us

This was the best little hotel I stayed at on my trip to Sri Lanka! The room and bathroom were both super clean, great hot water in the shower with great pressure, and AC that blasted cold. The owner was absolutely lovely and communication was easy. Breakfast every morning was different and plentiful, honestly one of the best parts of the stay. 10 minute walk from Dickwella beach and restaurants in the area. Would absolutely stay here again and would 100% recommend.

The room was in good condition and clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful and the location was good. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only small minus was that there were no mosquito nets around the bed. There were not many mosquitoes since the room had a repellent device, but I would’ve still preferred to have the net as well. Otherwise nothing negative to mention.

Really felt like home! A clean room, nice bed and good shower. Everything is clean and new. Airco works well. Location is good. Wifi was really good Breakfast was nice and the man that runs the place is the sweetest. On the nighttime of the day that we arrived I randomly got really sick and fainted at night. He immediately was at our door to help, brought me medicine and fruit from the market and made sure I was okay. He really helped us a lot.
