The staff was amazing, we had some food limitations and it was considered and evreyone was so kind. The room was huge and the private onsen was fantastic, as well as the common ones. The whole place is very antique and magical.

We had room 115 with private outdoor bath. It met our expectations and needs. The private outdoor bath was worth every penny and then some. Our meals’ hostess, Karin, spoke enough English and we enjoyed our meals even better with her service. The food portion was generous and very good quality. We enjoyed Kurokawaso so much that we’re already planning a return trip.
