"Beautiful onsens in an onsen town!"

We loved our stay at Kurokawaso. The hotel is quite large with many different sections which look to have been built at different times. The meals were served in a private room and were of excellent quality. We loved the evening walk to view the ganging lanterns over the river. The lit views of the rock face across from the onsen pools is stunning.

We were disappointed that noise levels in the various public onsens was not controlled. Twice we experienced raucous crowds of young people whose loud interactions spoiled the onsen experience for us.

Modern design with beautiful landscape.

Cant order hotel snack. Hotel said it was sold out at the selected time and I had to get it an hr later. It was just crackers s d cheese so it’s not even hard to prepare.
