Urban Elegance Retreat

Чудове розташування апартаментів! В самому центрі старого міста. Але майте на увазі, що там пішохідна зона. Великий балкон. Вигляд правда дещо інший з балкона, але це не турбує. Кондиционери працюють. Дві шикарні спальні кімнати з дуже зручними ліжками. Неймовірна загальна кімната!!! Дуже красиво!

Трохи дивна ванна кімната як на мій погляд. В таких місцях ванну як правило не приймаєш, потрібен душ. Вода розлітається по всій ванній кімнаті. Тумба під раковиною ледве трималась. Шампунь, бальзам відсутні. Є тільки рідке мило.

The location is decent and centrally located. The furnishing is okay, though a bit dated, and you can tell the place has seen a lot of use. Cleanliness was acceptable.

The Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom is quite strange. There is no walk-in shower, forcing us to shower sitting down in a bathtub that isn’t even attached to the wall; it was nearly impossible not to get water everywhere. Additionally, there weren't enough glasses for the number of guests. We weren't provided with shower gel or shampoo, only a single liquid soap. Although we were a group of five and it was clearly communicated that one person would sleep on the sofa, the bed was not prepared. We had to hunt for linens and a pillow and set it up ourselves. Furthermore, the street noise is audible until late at night, giving the impression that the windows aren't even closed. Communication with the host was excessive. I received far too many messages, but the one from the day before check-in was the "last straw." It was a message full of threats regarding fines for any rule violations—rules I had already agreed to upon booking. This was followed by a demand to send our ID cards to a random email address. In all my time using Booking.com, I have never encountered this. I am fine with online self-check-in or showing IDs at a reception, but sending documents to a random email felt wrong. After expressing my discomfort, they insisted, implying I wouldn't receive entry details despite having already paid. The ordeal continued: after we agreed to redact sensitive GDPR data and sent the email, they claimed they hadn't received it and asked for the documents again via WhatsApp. Only then did I receive the check-in details, followed by even more pestering messages about house rules and reminders about checkout times (again, mentioning fines for delays). Conclusion: As a Genius member who uses Booking exclusively, I felt insulted. I have never had such a negative experience. We will never stay here again.
