Cherry Blossom Cottage

Great location. Very clean. Nice water pressure in the shower.

It was very hot and the heating could only ne adjusted for two hours at a time. We slept with the windows open in October. The bed was two singles made into a double so they were unbalanced.

Location is perfect - walking distance to all major attractions AND with parking- you won’t do better. Property is beautiful and the wall is literally in your backyard.

Very minor point - no freezer in fridge

I love everything about this property, it was perfect. Beautifully decorated, very clean and couldn’t have had a better location.

The one and only thing I didn’t like was the bed in the bedroom, but that was very minor. Everything else was wonderful.

The location and the space. The garden was excellent. The storage was fabulous. The nice touches such as milk, sugar, coffee, tea and shortbread.

The heating couldn’t be controlled so it was too hot. There were no additional bin bags for rubbish. The lack of keys for the front door was inconvenient. The proximity to the wall meant you were observed by people walking past whilst sitting in the conservatory. The photos made it appear further from the wall. Overall, we didn’t think it was worth the money.

An amazing place to stay. Minutes walk from all the top attractions, if you like the history you'll love that when you look out the window, or sit in the conservatory or garden the Wall is just there. And you're minutes walk from the closest entry point. This accommodation has everything you need, kitchen has all the utensils, but with you being so close to everything if you wanted to pop out to grab breakfast/lunch/dinner it's minutes away, or if you wanted to get take away you'll have it back while it's still hot. The bathroom is lovely and has a great shower. The bed is very very soft and not a mattress type we'd usually pick, but it was super comfy and we actually slept really well. For two people who are usually awake at 6am no matter the day we did sleep in quite late a couple of the days! We couldn't believe while sat in the garden that we were in a city centre over a weekend as it was so quiet, just listening to the birds sing. The few people walking by on the Wall every now and then was all that gave away where we were. So if you like the hustle and bustle of the city but also like to walk a few minutes back to accommodation to drop off shopping, recharge, change and head back out, then this is perfect. So homely and calming and lovely for a couple. But with the sofa bed, there is enough space that I would consider going back either friends or family and staying there again, as there is enough space for 4 of you to relax and have space. Not a big issue but we would usually reverse park in to any space, and it was made very clear to drive in to this one. And with this it means if a car did park next to you the driver would struggle to get in the car again. Saying that we don't think the neighbour did park there over the time we were there. But if you think it'd be an issue contact the agent, they are very friendly and helpful. And I wouldn't let it put you off this fantastic place to stay.
