The property is beautiful and in an amazing location

Ideal location to walk into city centre, facilities good

No Tv in bedroom Was two single beds pushed together with double sheet over the top so not ideal

The location was great, the Christmas tree was a nice touch and there was everything we needed in the property.

Location

The beds were awful. Bed Settee was a totally uncomfortable hump in the middle. We ended up taking the mattress off and sleeping on the floor. The upstairs bed was uncomfortable as you rolled into the middle. Oven and Hob didn't work. In all fairness, they sent us a part refund , this did spoil the break as we had to eat out which wasn't what we planned as it was a gift for my sister in law who had been poorly .

No breakfast nor bottled water nor any food was offered. No gre

No food of any sort was in the refrigerator nor bottled water. Wrote to ask for water but was no reply. No face nor body soap nor shampoo/conditioner. There were no face towels in the bathroom nor a slip proof floor mat for shower or bathroom use.
