Spotlessly clean, fabulous location, beautiful little cottage. Parking with this central location was fantastic. Had everything we needed.

Only tiny niggles- the cottage was excellent and neither thing was a big problem. Sheet left didn’t fit the sofa bed when we arrived but this was quickly rectified with a phone call and someone bought a new sheet very quickly so really wasn’t an issue. Double bed was very soft (but this is personal preference).

Comfortable and cozy. Conservatory was lovely. Everything thought of that you would need. Lots of storage in bedroom. Comfortable bed. Close to everything in the centre of York and parking at property was a complete bonus
