Location great as very close to the port. The garden is nice. Room is spacious and fairly clean

Had to wait around 30 minutes to be let into our room, stood outside in the heat (around 4pm) with all our luggage and surfboards with no sign of any staff. After many messages someone finally came to let us in. The room was a bit strange- no duvet on the bed, instead a horrible fluffy blanket that I doubt gets washed (it didn't smell very clean) and the bedframe was still in its plastic packaging. Pillows and towels didn't smell very clean either. There was no mirror in the bathroom and a tiny sink. But does the job for one night before catching a ferry

Affordable. Quick response in the beginning. Was given a hand towel/adapter. Not far from beach/mall. 1 min. of hot water (enough to wash face), nice cleaning lady Thank God I found another place within a short notice.

Major issues: I complained about mold on walls, leak on ceiling (over shower floor & toilet), had to shower in cold water, etc. Owner got nasty via texts & threatened to call police if I didn't leave. I wanted to go home after 24hrs in Bali. I was solo & didn't feel safe (healthwise or physically). Very bad 1st impression of Bali. Other minor issues: construction/rooster/dog noise. Ants. Crazy traffic on 2-way lane, no top sheet/Wash cloths, owner said TV was stolen, low power AC, located in alley far from street, bed sockets didn't work, Ants in/outside, nobody to check me in/out. Couldn't load video or other comments. Not sure how he has high ratings or always booked. I found reviews same as mine & he responded with a nasty comment. Maybe the price & 1 night stays (I booked 17 nights) keeps him in business. Sanur Agung next door is a few dollars more & much better. So glad I'm gone. Hopefully I won't have to fight for a refund.

Perfect stay to sleep before going to Sanur to Nusa Penida.

It was out of the way of any and all interest so very quiet place to stay if you need sleep, go to bed early kind of thing. It is down a small alley road off main heavily trafficked road. Only really good for an overnight for ferry to islands next day or clean and cheap place.

If you have heavy luggage do not stay here. It is very inconvenient to get to as to getting to ferry and/or even getting to a Mini-Mart for snacks. There wasn't any water available at all so also a big deal to have to go way out of the way to even just cross the road to get water. Incredible amount of traffic so very dangerous to cross other than the crosswalk which is fairly far away.
