JOIVY Lovely Flats near the City Centre

No hot water or heating on our last morning. Heating very high the other days.

The location and the bed where comfortable

There was no tea towels, not enough toilet roll, parts of game where missing, not enough glass, dirty cutlery, bedside cabinet had no handle, very small pore pressure shower and hot water was noisy. Sofa bed was only suitable for 1 person and was uncomfortable.

Floor was dirty when walking around our feet were black. Not enough toilet roll (only 2 for 4 people over 3 days) plus no bed side table in one room

Central location. Warm, comfortable apartment. Bonus of free parking. Highly recommended.

It had a functioning roof and bed to sleep on, the bath and shower were nice to look at least. I also learnt a lot about water pressure in a boiler, and how boilers work, which I guess is something...

There was no hot water or heating. We called for an engineer, who though helpful, only temporarily fixed the issue. This led to no hot water three consecutive mornings and some very cold evenings (relying on just a plug-in electric heater). When we called about the issue on the second morning, no one from the property management group picked up the phone and we had do google searches on how to re-pressurise the boiler ourselves (which was not to be expected from an expensive apartment!). Without hot water, and having to repressurise the boiler every morning, meant delays and extra taxi-costs to make our plans on time. We have spoken to the property managers, and though polite, they refused to provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. We are very disappointed and will not be using ALTIDO properties again.

The location was good

There was no hot water and heating for majority of our stay. My family was not able to take a shower during majority of their stay as the water was unconfortably cold. Even after they sent someone to fix the issue, there was only hot water for a short while. Only 1 person managed to take a shower. The place was not in a livable state. My family did not have a good experience at all. I do not recommend.

Location splendid, and felt very safe being tucked in behind the police station! Good kitchen equipment (we didnt use but good branded cooker etc) good towels and linen

The appartment was tired the bathroom had stains and poorly finished skirting etc and we sent detail re plumbing issues to Altidor. Altidor bookingprocess is complex ,dozens of emails and you need to send lots of further detauil after booking on the booking.com site. We did informAltidor and they promiswe tolook at issues but the flatis not as described and was dissapointing, however as above a great location. Parking also good.
