Amara Suites Santorini

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amara Suites. The entire property has such a relaxing and calming design — everything feels intentionally created for rest and comfort. The layout of the hotel is especially beautiful, with the suites centered around a serene pool area that becomes the heart of the space for hanging out and eating. It felt peaceful and private, yet inviting and social at the same time. Our room had its own private hot tub, which was such a special touch — perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a day of exploring. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to be both stylish and with functional AC and mini-fridge. The staff were exceptional — warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. You can tell this is a family-owned hotel by the care and pride they put into every detail; there’s a genuine sense of hospitality throughout.. The food was excellent as well — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The hotel can also arrange car transfers to and from the airport or around the island, so don’t hesitate to reach out to the very friendly and helpful owners for assistance. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already dreaming of coming back.

The property and rooms are exceptional, close to the Kamari beach. Dimitris and his family were incredibly welcoming, offering helpful travel tips and providing excellent breakfast and meals throughout the day. They attentively addressed our family’s requests and accommodated restricted dietary requirements

We simply loved everything about this beautiful, cozy, clean and warm family driven hotel. The rooms are spacious, cleaned by their amazing staff every day and the jacuzzi on the terras was perfect!! Even the shower of the room is perfect!! We didn't have any issues but I am sure that if we would, it would be solved immediately. The pool and terrace are great as well, it's clean and perfect to relax. And then the breakfast and the food..... wauw.... everything which comes out of their kitchen is amazing!!! It is honestly the best food we had on the whole Island, and we been around. And last but not least; Kamari is a perfect location to visit several places on the Island. It is not as hectic and busy as Fira and Oia and does offer enough facilities. From there you are everywhere on the island within 20 minutes tops. We would like to thank Dimitris, Helena, Georgios and the whole family and staff for making our holiday perfect!!

Well, if you go to a hotel with this kind of rating the expectations are very high. We never stayed at a place with rating 10, so we were very curious and yes you might look for things which maybe are a bit disappointing.... You will realize quickly where the rating comes from and that it is well deserved. Nothing disappoints, they will do everything to make you feel at home and to make your stay perfect!! So nothing less than 10 is well deserved for this great place and the beautiful family running it!! We will definitely go back there!!!

Fantastisch mooi en een gezellig, super ontspannend plekje! Wat een warme familie, dankjewel Dimitrios! Geen enkele vraag is jullie teveel. Jullie doen het geweldig! Het ontbijt is heel lekker. Je wordt op je wenken bediend zonder overdrijven. Ook fijn dat je er lekker kan lunchen of dineren wanneer je hier zin in hebt. Het zwembad is echt top! We hadden een fantastische vakantie bij jullie!

The hospitality was truly exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Dimitri, who graciously assisted us with booking our trips and arranging our transportation. We were completely at ease, as everything was thoughtfully managed, leaving us with no concerns whatsoever. The culinary experience at this hotel was remarkable, including the delightful fresh breakfast served each morning. We certainly plan to return.

Das Hotel ist ruhig, friedlich und vermittelt einem ein Gefühl von Besonderheit, Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und vom Zentrum von Kamari entfernt. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Whirlpool auf dem Balkon, was den Aufenthalt noch besonderer macht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Das Frühstück und die Speisen im Hotel sind köstlich. Wer andere Geschmäcker probieren möchte, findet im nahegelegenen Zentrum viele verschiedene Restaurants. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber nicht überfüllt und dadurch sehr angenehm gleich daneben befinden sich eine Bar und Tische, an denen man essen kann,. Das Hotel wird von einer herzlichen und vertrauenswürdigen Familie geführt. Herr Dimitri kümmert sich persönlich um alle Anliegen, sodass man sich nie fremd fühlt. Das gibt einem ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit und Geborgenheit.

Très bon accueil de la part du gérant. Il faisait l'effort de parler quelques mots en français.😉 Personnel poli et courtois. Logement très propre, bonne literie, climatisation. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon ( fruits frais, jus d'oranges frais, croissant, pains au chocolat, œufs, fromage...Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Juccuzi privé. Séjour au top. Merci encore au patron.

部屋の綺麗さ、朝食の豪華さ、プールのラグジュアリーな感じなどすべてが最高でした。夕食もいただきましたが、料理の見た目も味も最高でした。ビーチやレストラン街も近く、ロケーションもよかったです。カマリはそんなに混んでおらず、ビーチでもレストランでもゆっくり過ごすことができました。 フレンドリーなご主人が迎えてくれて、子供もリラックスして過ごすことができました。
