Property is immaculate and well designed. The owner of the property cannot do enough for you. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

We liked EVERYTHING! From the very first communication, to the goodbyes, this was such a great experience. The hotel, facilities, staff and location were all superb. I wish we could have stayed longer. The property looks and feels like a truly unique and boutique hotel. Breakfast was one the best we have ever enjoyed and the staff were so genuinely friendly and helpful. The experience of watching the sun set, on the roof was one to remember. Thank you Soorya Kala.

Lovely property. Super nice and attentive staff and owner. Rooms were beautiful and clean, with the lovely reading nook, large and clean bathrooms, wonderful views of the ocean and had everything you would need—good AC, mosquito nets for the bed, drying rack for beach items, filtered water for drinking, and spacious hot showers. The lounge area was also really nice, and we enjoyed a delicious and filling breakfast by the pool each morning. It’s on a quieter end of the beach with a nice swimming and snorkeling area right out in front near the jetty and some surfing spots nearby. Plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

We spent 6 nights at Soorya Kala and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is located right on the beach – you fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to a beautiful view. The room was spacious, stylishly furnished, and very clean. Breakfast was a highlight every day: super delicious and varied. You could choose between Sri Lankan and Western options, and there was always fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, as well as coffee or tea. Athula and the entire team were incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. Our stay was truly special and we would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended! 🌴💛

Nothing to complain

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Manager war immer sehr bemüht um uns, das Frühstück was sehr sehr gut. Direkt am Meer gelegen, und trotzdem eine Oase der Ruhe. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Hausmeister, Er ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Mensch. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich nach 22 Uhr versperrt, an Sylvester ist er Extra nochmals aufgestanden, damit wir länger wegbleiben konnten. Natürlich zu Erwarten , aber bestimmt nicht selbstverständlich.

Ein paar Liegen wären nett gewesen.

Sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Große geschmackvolle Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick.Man wird sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll Umsorgt.Leckeres Frühstück mit einer Auswahl einheimischer und internationaler Gerichten. Die Lage in sehr Zentral und man kann viele Restaurants, Cafes und Ayuveda Massagen zu Fuß schnell erreichen. Das Personal und die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
