On the day of check in I informed my check in time via booking app they told me that room is available but when I came to the hostel they started asking for extra money for check in otherwise wait to wait till 2PM. Checking time is different in booking apps and in hostel There was an incident where I observed that they provided the hostel bed to others with no extra cost but they told me to wait. The owner and manager (Professer)are not updated with each other. Hostel bed is noisy.. Bathroom not clean.

IEVery friendly staff. There was no sign on the property however I knew I arrived as the staff were sitting inside smiling and waved me in. Great location, close to airport. Amazing value in Muscat if travelling solo.

Staff were not great at communicating if trips were happening, what time to be available, etc… Shower pressure was awful, often no toilet paper.
