"A historic house in a beautiful natural setting in the highland north coast."

A beautiful heritage house hotel in a beautiful location on the north coast with a waterfall and beautiful walks on the property. The restaurant serves great food and the whiskey collection is spectacular. Attentive and well considered local service and the rooms are spacious and really well amenitized. There are beautiful common spaces.

Room was comfortable, the grounds were very pretty. We booked very last minute when our other accommodation fell through, they were very good about it.

Our room/bed was on the other side of the wall from the stairs, and they were noisy enough that people going up and down would wake us up. Otherwise everything was good

Quite expensive - especially booking in advance - could have stayed for less. Would have liked help with luggage.
