Great location, cute rooftop

Very noisy and thin walls

Location was great for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and shared spaces were good.

Room is pretty basic, nowhere to hang coats or wet towels. Strong chemical smell in bathroom.

Good value for the price. The check-in process was easy and the guy helping spoke English. Good location, spacious room, relatively comfortable, and good internet. I would recommend.

I was disappointed the rooftop terrace is locked in the mornings as I was looking forward to having my coffee.

Room was very hot and could use a fan. Private bathroom was a bit grotty, but the shared bathrooms were decent.

The location of the hostel is really good and just a few minutes walking from Zocalo.

They only had wool blankets, which weren't needed anyway as it was super hot in the room. There is no window and no AC in the room. Also there are no curtains, so there's no privacy at all. I also didn't like the key system for the rooms, which was quite annoying.

Booked a room for three, it felt very comfortable, looked super good and clean, just a great stay. The common areas were also very accommodating and stylish, and the helpfulness of the staff was beyond imaginable. Location just a two minute walk from the main square and tons of all kinds of enterprises around. Absolutely recommend!

Just one thing - one small packet of shampoo is not enough for three people for the whole weekend, would prefer if there was more available for us. But maybe we could've just asked since the staff was so nice :-)

Really nice staff with good advise

The shower wasn't cleaned at all and the water didn't drain so you have all the dirt stagnating between your feet it's really disgusting! Toilets not clean either. Beds not comfortable and we found lots of hairs in the sheets. Very noisy all the night until you wake up.

By far it was the best place in central Mexico, staff was so nice and Always tried to help me in some questions i had about the city, we Did the Hiking tour to Malinche and was great, i had never been in mountains before but i really enjoyed it, it is a must if you come to Puebla.

The free walking tour practically covered the cost of my stay; it was worth every penny. On my first day, I enjoyed a fantastic two-hour tour of the city, packed with information and fun. The following day, I embarked on a mountain tour, my first ascent, and felt well taken care of with their attention to safety gear. Thanks to their assistance, I successfully climbed Malinche. The hostel is lovely, cozy, and the people are warm and welcoming. It's been the highlight of my Mexico vacation so far.

So far everything has been greatly , nice place , affordable, comfortable with a great location
