A 24-hour advance registration is required before departure. A surcharge of USD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. There will be a surcharge of 700,000 VND per person per night for 24 (Christmas's Eve), 31 (New Year Eve) in December 2024 and period between 28 and 31 January 2025 (Tet holiday) Limousine bus services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available at a surcharge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area Pick-up time from Hanoi – between 8:30 and 9:15 Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 15:30 and 16:00 Private car transfers and airport transfer service are also available upon request with surcharge. Please inform Dora Cruise in advance of your expected arrival time. The staff were amazing, Emily in particular was so nice, kind and considerate. She attended our every need always checking if we were ok or needed anything else. The room was lovely, the AC worked perfectly, bed comfy, shower hot and large The food was so much better than we thought it may have been. Compliments to the chef. A truly amazing experience on this 5☆ trip Thankyou for a great 3 day trip

The only thing that could be better was the fridge in the room was not very big or cold

The crew, especially Diana, was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. She was kind and understanding, even helping me with photos as a solo traveler. Activities were well organized, and the logistics and transportation were smooth with quick responses. The overall atmosphere was great.

The only downside for me was the food — I expected a bit more at this level, as I’ve had better meals elsewhere in Vietnam. Other than that, everything was excellent.

We had a really great experience with the Dora cruise. The activities were super fun and kept us busy. We also had down time in the evening. I recommend a 2 night 3 day cruise so it doesn't feel rushed. Our waiter Jerry was awesome, always helpful and super nice to be around.

Stella was very good & all the staffs at the cruise including the main orgsnisers were very cool & nice , welcoming

nothing which i didn’t like but the main cruise authority should spend a bit on few activities as Dance , music, games to keep all the tourist busy & entertained at night time as you need some event person who can do this and this was at the other cruise near ours. They enjoyed till very late with good music , dance , games etc.
