A 24-hour advance registration is required before departure. A surcharge of USD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. There will be a surcharge of 700,000 VND per person per night for 24 (Christmas's Eve), 31 (New Year Eve) in December 2024 and period between 28 and 31 January 2025 (Tet holiday) Limousine bus services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available at a surcharge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area Pick-up time from Hanoi – between 8:30 and 9:15 Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 15:30 and 16:00 Private car transfers and airport transfer service are also available upon request with surcharge. Please inform Dora Cruise in advance of your expected arrival time. Świetny rejs, pełen atrakcji, na fajnym statku. Byliśmy z niemowlakiem i nie było to żadnym problemem, a co więcej obsługa zajęła się naszym dzieckiem podczas posiłków i mogliśmy spokojnie zjeść. Kelner James który nas obsługiwał był bardzo miły i pomocny. Czuliśmy się zrelaksowani, a program był tak zorganizowany że był czas na rozrywki zorganizowane a także na swobodny odpoczynek w kajucie lub na pokładzie.

Las instalaciones son sobresalientes, reservamos una habitación básica ya que teníamos reserva en otro crucero pero nos cancelaron a última hora, cuando abordamos, nos hicieron un upgrade de forma gratuita lo que agradecimos mucho. El personal es muy amable y la comida deliciosa, considera que las bebidas no están incluidas y las opciones con alcohol son algo caras. También hay spa y jacuzzi.

Tal vez podrían ampliar la oferta de actividades.

"Our perfect two night trip on Dora Cruise"

Everything! The staff were amazing and a special shoutout to Tom and Lisa. Lisa catered to my every need and made the trip extra special. The room was perfect, large with a private balcony and a bath. Our day trip to Viet Hai village was amazing. There is always such a large variety for food, they make sure you are well fed.

Wish we could have stayed on here longer! The trip went too quick

El crucero y el entorno es espectacular,(lang ha bay, no es en halong bay, aunque son iguales). Emyly nos dio un trato genial. La habitación con vistas es preciosa

La excursioncilla del 2 día es un poco floja, en sí es mucho mejor el entorno y el barco que las actividades fuera de él.

La pieza e instalaciones muy lindas. El personal muy amable, destacamos a Linda y Sophie, muy amorosas.

Las actividades, le faltaba entretención e interacción entre los visitantes. Faltaron actividades nocturnas, como juegos, dinámicas , karaoke, otros. Por el precio deberían incluir gratis las bebidas no alcohólicas y bebidas calientes, al menos una por comida. Al menos incluir un trago de bienvenida y cortesía a bordo.
