A 24-hour advance registration is required before departure. A surcharge of USD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. There will be a surcharge of 700,000 VND per person per night for 24 (Christmas's Eve), 31 (New Year Eve) in December 2024 and period between 28 and 31 January 2025 (Tet holiday) Limousine bus services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available at a surcharge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area Pick-up time from Hanoi – between 8:30 and 9:15 Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 15:30 and 16:00 Private car transfers and airport transfer service are also available upon request with surcharge. "PRIMERO UN LUJO, LUEGO UN ASCO"

Aclaración: nos ubicaron en en Tulip Cruise. No en Dora. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación VIP, excelente. Es más grande, nuevo y Tam, nuestra asistente ha sido encantadora. La comida buena, sobre todo la cena y el paseo en Kayac muy divertido. Aprovechamos su piscina y los precios de las bebidas razonables. Una experiencia bella. Nos sentimos cómodos, en un espacio lujoso y sin ruidos que perturbaban la bella bahía de Ha Long.

Aquí el problema: contratamos transporte desde Hanoi a Ha Long. Excelente, buena limusina, nos buscaron en el hotel a horario. Pasamos por un museo de bambú y seda que estuvo divertido…hasta aquí muy bien. También contratamos con el crucero el transporte de Ha Long a Ninh Binh. Un desastre, sucio, lleno de bultos, gente acostada sin dejar espacios, pies en mi asiento. En fin…no recomiendo contratar este trayecto que tampoco resultó económico. Adjunto fotos.

Très bonne croisière avec un personnel très sympathique et agréable. Julie était très accueillante et très gentille tout le long de la croisière. Les activités étaient bien et la nourriture aussi.

Le Check in est un peu trop tôt à 10h30 sachant qu’on a fini l’activité du vélo à 10h donc ça laisse pas trop de temps

Todo excelente! Sobretodo el servicio que ha estado atento hasta el más mínimo detalle. Mención especial a Sophie y Emyly que nos trataron como a su familia. Las habitaciones muy limpias,amplias y con buenas vistas, las instalaciones muy buenas y la comida muy deliciosa. Muy recomendable!
