Dora Cruise by HAG

Emily was absolutely wonderful throughout the trip. She was kind, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Her friendly attitude made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciated her support and professionalism, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The staff is very friendly. Tom, the manager, is very focused in having every guest happy and making all to enjoy the cruise. Emyly is very friendly and helpful, she is making your stay very easy, so you can enjoy your cruise very much. The beds are very confortable, the room is ok and with amazing views of the Ha Long Bay. We will choose Dora Cruises for the next time for sure.

Todo estaba perfecto. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Toda la tripulación estuvo siempre muy atenta a todo lo que necesitamos. Tom, Lisa y Sophie fueron muy profesionales y con un trato muy amable y cercano que nos hizo sentir como en casa.

La conexión de wifi fue casi nula durante los dos días.

The ship was traditional styling, very clean and our terrace suite very spacious.

We loved our stay on Dora Cruise and Ha Long Bay. The two night/three day cruise is the perfect amount of time. The food and excursions were great and both Sophie and Lisa helped to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Nice pool and outer decks to relax on. Dining area was nice but maybe a bit warm inside (travelled in May). Our room was upgraded to a honeymoon suite - these are at the back of the boat. Huge windows, large space and balcony. Big bathroom and nice bathtub with an incredible view. Half of the food was very good (mix of buffet and a set menu lunch), dinner buffet was pretty terrible. We didn’t try kayaking, but the cave boat ride was good fun and we luckily saw some Langurs. Ship felt spacious and not crowded which was nice.

Dinner buffet was quite bad - all the meat dishes were overcooked and tough. Lunch buffet before leaving was nice but dishes don’t get topped up so if you have greedy fellow guests you may miss out on some dishes. Couldn’t figure out how to use the rain shower head, but the other shower head was fine.

The rooms were very clean, the mattress was extremely comfortable, All food provided was exceptional The Staff was amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. The facilities on the cruise met past standards especially travelling with a five month old baby

The English could sometimes be better.
