Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, depending on the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. A 24-hour advance registration is required before departure. A surcharge of USD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. There will be a surcharge of 700,000 VND per person per night for 24 (Christmas's Eve), 31 (New Year Eve) in December 2024 and period between 28 and 31 January 2025 (Tet holiday) Limousine bus services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available at a surcharge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area Pick-up time from Hanoi – between 8:30 and 9:15 Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 15:30 and 16:00 Private car transfers and airport transfer service are also available upon request with surcharge. Please inform Dora Cruise in advance of your expected arrival time. WiFi is available on board but is weak because of geographic issues (mountains and islets on the bay).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
