The lodge did not serve breakfast, however it was just a few meters to the nearest Wimpy where we had our breakfast.

The beds, not comfortable at all especially the bunk beds.

Everything, the place is dirty full of spiders, the staff is unprofessional, we booked at phala lodge but when we arrive there it's not the same name on the booking.com is something else and even the rooms are not the same as displayed on the app, I did not sleep I had to cancel my booking due to dirty rooms I am still awaiting my refund

The located area, structure are good but not maintained at all and that drops the expectation and experience

Parking was a major problem, toilet was broken- floor became very wet,smelling etc. towels and linen are very old and scary - invest in new sets. Floor mats were dirty and dusty. Room had a odour and not properly cleaned
