The name of the place is not the correct name as per the advertisement on booking.com, the pictures did not match the pics when booking and the room was double booked. The number provided by their staff Kingsley is not going through as we requested a refund we kindly request the facilities to contact us immediately

Nothing. I did not book in at all because of the state of the place. I was looking for Phala Lodge, and to my dismay, saw on the wall thay place is Sun Deck something.

The rooms were filthy, bedding had stains, beds were dirty, bed frames was falling appart, the ceiling had holes in, toilet seat was broken, my children had to share a bathroom with others and not safe, curtains were dirty and no clean towels. I was shocked to see the state of the rooms. The so called person in charged was useless and when I complained, he just said he can not do anything and not his problem.
