"Noisy, filthy"

Nothing

It to be cleaner....beddfing was so dirty. Did not sleep one minute due do people partying all night, people knocking on our door the whole night. No parking!

"An amazing staycation"

It's very tidy and clean.

We had to share a bathroom with other guests. There can't be many rooms in one house and only 1 bathroom to share. The utilities were not up to standard. The swimming pool was too deep to accommodate us and unfortunately the management said that they can't help us. We struggled to find the Phala Lodge due to the changes of the name. They must make the changes on the booking. com website and a board that indicates that the name of the venue is "The Sundeck".
