Hotel Cacao

Cheap for what you get. The location is good for those who need to go back a forth between the Airport and Seoul. The staff are very good and friendly.

The location might be a little tough for Seoul, but I prefer to be near the Airport Railroad since it has express trains to Seoul Station (KTX) and Incheon Airport (for quick sleep after flight), and it's not ridiculously in the middle of nowhere such as hotels at Incheon Airport (there are lots of shops and establishments nearby). The hotel is a little lacking on amenities compared to other hotels of a similar stature. A microwave would be useful to reheat food. But I enjoyed the remote controlled lights and television. Also having hooks for clothing everywhere would be good. There's nowhere to hang a coat in the main room or bathroom, and nowhere to put a wet towel.

The heated floors were a feature that you would not find outside Korea, I would think. The room was clean and efficiently designed. A welcome find after a long flight even though transfer by AREX and subway is 45 minutes.

Perhaps the hard bed is uncomfortable for some, but I managed to sleep. Transfer from the subway is only 300 metres but bad sidewalks there make it cumbersome. No breakfast that I could see, and local restaurant cater to the nighttime party crowd. I was looking forward to beef Bulgogi, not a Mc breakfast 850 m away.
