Hotel Cacao

The staff was really nice and the room was very spacious, also pretty well decorated. Also I didn’t hear any sound from outside or other rooms. The neighborhood looked scary at first (in the night), but I learned that it was pretty safe anyways. Only an hour away by train is Seoul. There are many convenient stores, cafes and restaurants.

The bedsheets looked a little dirty. The neighborhood looked scary at first. The neighborhood is convenient but not special so it can become boring. The room didn’t have separate handsoap.

It was clean

There are two cacao hotels in Incheon so we went to a different one which was frustrating

They put a single bed in front of the shower door. The shower and toilet space have no privacy because of the glass wall.

The information staffs at the counter were very kind and accommodating, they listened to my requests well. They helped us to get taxi. The room was also clean and we liked that it looked exactly like the pictures. The towels were also generously provided, so we had a very comfortable stay. Although, the staffs didn't speak much English, they explained things clearly with words and gestures, which was great. There were many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores around, which was very convenient.
