Very beautiful and clean Workers are so lovely, ready to listen and serve

Me paying for a front view poolside room but got something different. I think that was unacceptable. The chef should work on the food too . Not too good

The staff were friendly and professional. I noticed several renovations have begun.

The infrastructure requires maintenance, and the mattress needs to be replaced as well. While the breakfast was good, the other meals were unsatisfactory. The restaurant staff seemed overworked, and the woman taking orders often mixed them up as she struggled to manage too many tasks at once. Additionally, the cutlery in the restaurant was frequently dirty, and I had to ask for clean utensils repeatedly. Moreover, my room was infested with small, leech-like creatures, which forced me to request a room change.

I have been to Zanzibar many times and stayed in different high-level hotels, and I can confidently say — this hotel is one of the best! 🔥 Excellent value for money and very pleasant service. We traveled as a big group, and everyone was absolutely delighted! A special thank you to the manager Emanuel, who was extremely attentive to every detail and always friendly. And also a huge thank you to the owner of the hotel, who was present during our stay and made it especially enjoyable. The staff is attentive and always quick to respond to any request. The atmosphere is very friendly, and you truly feel like a welcome guest. Rooms are kept very clean. Breakfasts may not have a huge variety, but everything is always fresh, tasty, and more than enough — exactly what you need to start the day with a nice meal and a beautiful view 🌴 The hotel grounds are wonderfully green and well maintained, with two large swimming pools and plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The beach is beautiful, especially at high tide, and even at low tide it looks picturesque in its own way. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and bungalow-style — very cozy. Nearby there are small shops and nice cafés, and the hotel itself is located right next to the famous Kiwengwa Beach.

Overall, my impressions are extremely positive — I definitely recommend this place! 🙌 One small suggestion: it would be wonderful to have some calm background music (African lounge or chill-out) playing around the hotel. The atmosphere is already perfect for relaxation, and this detail would make it even more harmonious. 🎶

تعامل الموظفين مع الاطفال بشكل عام ممتاز ، حسن الاستقبال .

يفضل عدم التعامل مع الفندق في حال حجز اي رحلات او التنقل ( لانه هناك استغلال للسياح ) اسعار الاكل مقابل الكميه و الجوده غير مناسبه ابداً او تعتبر غاليه حداً جداً بحكم الاكواخ قريبه من بعضها البعض فإن الاصوات تكون مسموعه جداً و بخصوص تنظيف الغرف لا يتم ذالك بشكل دوري الا عند الطلب الشاطيء صخري و غير مناسب للسباحه و ايضاً هناك بقايا زجاج على الشاطيء
