Location perfect for thamel which is my favourite place to stay in kathmandhu . Rooftop pool gorgeous and the breakfast was great - generous and varied

Rooftop and balcony! Breakfast was so good for vegetarians and vegans! And staff was very polite and welcoming !

First room on third floor had a situation with the pipes so presence of strong odor in room. Disturbance of lights from restaurant in front, sometimes they played music and were loud. Then they moved to top floor, here constantly water drilling down through tubes, easily can disturb everyone. View was nicer and perhaps more calm, but then you can hear stair steps from staff and late night and early morning, some hammering and vacuum cleaning noise.
