The studio itself is lovely, clean, well renovated and decorated, the host is also very nice, informative, professional, communicative, tried to solve all the issues, but there's lots of buts which in the end won't make me return to it.

However: when you pay for a studio more than for a 4 stars hotel with breakfast included and a pool in any other country, you expect some basic things like shampoo to be available, especially when "free toiletries" are mentioned, it costs so little to buy one ffs (just came back from Thailand and though they are so much poorer and I booked apartments and hotels they all gave you free soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush even for a fraction of the cost of this apartment. Japan does the same, why so much greed and carelessness in Europe?!) Also the coffee machine aka maker is actually a one person Moka pot, if you drink coffee the way most people do, you know what a pain in the a.. it is to make one with such a tiny pot. Just provide the cheapest coffee maker and I assure you everyone would be a lot happier. The table is too small for actually eating on, barely made it; there's no minimarket is "on-site" as mentioned, but in the building in front (a decent supermarket), 3 minutes walking, there is no "city view" unless you count the building in front and the street in between as a view and especially at night you need to pull the curtains, otherwise someone else will have a view of you! The building in front which is too close for privacy; on the drying rack you can only dry socks basically, that's how small it is and there's no window in that bathroom so would take ages to dry out plus the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke non stop from the neighbors, ventilation was useless, it even brought more of the smoke in, the owner tried to communicate with the neighbors but to no avail, we had to keep the door closed at all times, the sink was constantly clogging.

Great location, it was clean and comfortable, the owner was really nice.

The place was immaculate, very spacious, super comfy bed and pillows. Everything you need there. Lots of bars around,and a short stroll into the main piazza,and town. Several little cafes on the way. Excellent public transport. Buses run from literally outside your door. There is a train station a 10 minutes walk away. pier the owner , , was very helpful, WhatsApp us with restaurant, bar, and things to do in Verona.

The towels were tiny, like a hand towel. Maybe a nice touch would be some milk in the fridge to have a coffee when you arrive. The buses run every 5/10 minutes, so is incredibly noisy, especially if you open the windows.

The location is excellent. Very easy to get to the city center. The host is responsive and very helpful.

Soundproofing is not perfect and the street can be a bit noisy at times, although it wasn't a big issue during our stay.

Owner was great, friendly and really helpful. Apartment was clean and had everything that we needed.
