warm makati

The place was near many restaurants and everything was in walking distance. The price was okay but everything in manila and makati is very expensive. For the price it wasn't too bad if it was a bit cheaper it would be better. Owner was helpful in any way he could try to help. Cleaning ladies clean a lot.

Cleaning ladies kept trying to clean almost everyday and it was getting very annoying. Not bad ladies but just everyday seemed excessive. Some bugs here and there but it's a warm climate didn't surprise me.

Cheap, location is close to the bar scene, also great view!

The place was very nasty and I felt sick afterwards.

Only Location

Really old building , the room looks like a store room. Had to wait 2 hours for check in. Property manager removed my stuff from my room in my absence and stole my perfume $280. When i asked she denied .

I liked the location if you’re into the madness of Makati, but that’s about it! The AC was really good, bed was warm with thick blanket, view really good and helpful staff.

Bed was nasty though, the whole place is pretty rundown.

It was dirty. They didnt clean the room properly. Its really great located, but its not worth the money. Especially since i find hair and leftovers of previous people in my bed and also in the bathroom. Would not stay again.

I really enjoyed it's proximity to the grocery store. I understand the "nature" of the property but I booked it for its Location. The kitchen food was horrid but all else was fine. Far from a 5-star Resort but for what it was and where it was I enjoyed my stay. The receptionist that spoke fluent english was exceptionally amazing. I'd not recommend it for long term due to its "nature" but if I stayed in Brazil I'd stay again.

Location of the hotel was convenient for me and was easy to find

I had to look for certain things to gain access to aircon and tv no plugs were availble and i have to watch on my own mobile device there was wifi but i cant connect the tv plugs as adaptor was not availble i have to get down to the reception just to inform the reception that no remote for aircons was there
