move out after 4 nights...., I had initially booked for the whole month of January and am glad that I then canceled the book and only booked for 4 days

We booked the apartment for Happy New Year 2024 because the specified facilities room and kitchen impressed us. Unfortunately, the glossy pictures on booking.com have nothing to do with reality. The apartment is run down and resembles a flophouse. The entrance area as well as the kitchen and walls are very dirty. The first thing I noticed was the missing flat screen TV. They wanted to give us another room the next day. That same night we were offered the option to move out and get our money back. We had too much luggage and we had already been on the bus for 6 hours so we were too tired to move out at night. Apparently we weren't the first to complain. We were not offered another room the following day with the information that all rooms were the same. Also they provide us no Wi-Fi Password for the first 24 hours! The lack of cooking facilities was also a shame, but they provided us with an induction oven. The accommodation may meet the requirements for men traveling alone, but is unsuitable for couples or families. The room have not (!) 26 m² the room is less then 18 m² small! We had also no hangers for our clothes. The whole thing is a disgrace to rent out such rooms with beautiful photos that are a big lie. The hotel we booked after January 3, 2024 in the same price category left nothing to be desired...!!!

ME AND MY PARTNER BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR 1 NIGHT.THE FIRST PROBLEM WAS THE 1)NAME OF THE HOTEL DOESNT EXIST 2)TRY TO CALL THE HOTEL NOBODY ANSWER 3)WE SPEND MORE THAN 1HR TRY TO FIND THIS HOTEL(CITADEL INN) 4)THE RECEPTION DOESNT KNOW ABOUT THE BOOKING.THEY HAVE TO CALL THE BOSS AT 21.OO THE ROOM WAS NOT EVEN READY WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR. 5)WE PUT OUR LUGGAGE IN THE ROOM WE WENT OUT,AND WE WERE TOLD THAT TO GO IN THE ROOM,WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE PASSWORD FROM THE BOSS.THEY LEFT THE PASSWORD AT THE SECURITY 6)ROOM3302,NO TOWELS,WATER GOING OUT EVERY WERE FROM THE SHOWER,AC FLOODED THE FLOOR WITH WATER..COCKROC IN THE CUPBOARD,,ALL THE WATER SYSTEM IS FULL OF RUST. N.B. I DONT UNDEDSTAND HOW BOOKING COM EXCEPT HOTEL LIKE THIIS LEVEL.

The room was value for money for the location,very comfortable ,amenities were provided.

There was no hot water , despite reporting this ,was not attended to by the maintenance team.

Afgordable Room rate , WiFi very good, room was OK

Access option to room was time consuming, no hot water despite reporting no maintenance, TV reception not clear.
