From the outside this hotel looks ideal location but inside lacks cleanliness there is dust on all skirting boards the bathroom looks disgusting needs a good clean regrouting the tiles and the bath is all stained with dirt , the smell of urine when you open the door isn’t nice at all there’s leaflets in a plastic try which isn’t cleaned at all we didn’t make breakfast as it was early so can’t comment on the but for £214 I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel

The location

It was run down . Lift not working and don’t think it has been for a while . Curtains in room were dirty . Windows were dirty . Carpet threadbare in areas. Grout in shower could have been cleaned . We didn’t shower .

Location to glasgow central station and shops. Bedding and room was clean.

Lift wasn't working. Bath enamal had chunks missing which looked black so had a wash rather than a shower. Toilet didn't flush propably.

2 minute walk from Glasgow central train station, easy check in. Friendly

Really needs updated, lick of paint and a deep clean. Attention to detail required.

How close it was to train station and city centre

Tv didnt work Couldnt shut a window so quite noisey Feel shaking during night from traffic. Crazy
