L’emplacement est parfait, le personnel est adorable

Cozy room and location, staff were friendly

No fridge to keep drinks cool especially when the room can get stuffy, and had to change keycards almost every day

Sehr zentral gelegen, gut erreichbar, alles in der Nähe, was man braucht, gut ausgestattete Bar

Alles wirkt ein bißchen angejahrt. Ein verschlissener Teppich wird auch bei intensivster Reinigung nicht besser.

It’s in a good location opposite Glasgow Central Station. Although it is a little down at heel, you can see that the staff are doing their best to make the best of it. The best thing about this hotel are the staff who are welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

It is opposite a few bars and there was some very loud music coming from one of them till quite late which I wouldn’t normally have expected on a Wednesday night.
