locatie uitstekend, het is naast het centraal station. personeel toereikend en vriendelijk. badkamer functioneel, helaas geen inloop douche. de lift was helaas ook buiten gebruik. het bijbehorende indiase restaurant was uitstekend

de totale staat van onderhoud had betere tijden gekend. versleten en aan onderhoud toe. het ontbijt was ondermaats en beperkt.

I like the location only

The room was really poor, no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, the bath tub looked dirty, one of the beds was really squeaky when moving at night so I was getting awake, my room was in front of main street so it was really loud from the street noise, I think I have finally felt a sleep after 3am but then I was awake by street cleaning machine after 6am, we couldn't open the window to air the room out as was really stuffy. On booking.com one of the facilities was parking, that's why I have booked to stay there but when I called and asked where the parking was I was informed that there was no parking, I had to quickly book Q car park, if there is no free parking, this should not be stated on the website as it's very confusing and misleading. If you value good sleep and cleanliness I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

We liked the location close the train station , shops and attractions we wanted to see . Very nice restaurants close by and next door .

We could see and smell mould in the bathroom. Had A blocked bathroom sink and , black specs inside the kettle . We felt a little ill after staying in this hotel . I have allergies to mold . The bathroom had no air vents so therefore black mold on the tiles . Carpet old and worn . Maybe a bit of renovation needed for this room would help a lot. Other that that the room was ok for a short stay.

The location. The housekeeping staff were very helpful. Doing a good job with what they have to work with.

Was advised beforehand that the lift was not working. For many months, I've read in previous reviews. Access to rooms via back stairs, carpets on stairwell ripped and worn, dangerous. Dirty in places and a few too many spiders. The room appeared freshly painted, furniture modern, bed was clean. Room carpet was stained and worn in many places. Bathroom tired and mouldy, needing an urgent upgrade. Not all lights worked in the room, above mirrors, no sockets next to bed. Very noisy in corridor at night, good for one night stopovers and workers. The hotel, on a whole, requires an overhaul. The hotels own photos look great. What I thought I was getting. I paid 330£ for 3 nights. I stay in Glasgow on a regular basis, I have tried many hotels. All are central.
