1)The sheets and towels were clean, 2) there was a shower gel in the bathroom, 3) host replies fast

1) The apartment door handle fell off from one touch and was not repaired during our stay 2) the bottom of the kitchen cabinets was not in place, however it was fixed (but wrong side :D), 3) the toilet seat is poorly attached, 4) the walls and ceilings of the bathroom is covered in mold, 5) the hair dryer does not work

The kitchen is superb, the bed quite comfortable, the views of the park, location. Little things have to be fixed though, blow drier, doorknob, used shower gel but I would totally overlook them because I felt at home

The door handle was broken and you were constantly afraid that you would not be able to enter/exit the room

Nice apartment overlooking a park. Nice stroll into town. Friendly staff easily accessible for questions. A tourist bus stops at the front door. We really enjoyed our stay here in Porto.

The door lock is a bit tricky. Check in hours are a bit restrictive.

The inside door handle nearly fell off twice.
