The property isn’t what shows in the photos, very dusty, dirty, floors are broken, very noisy at night , aircond are noisy

Don’t like a thing about the property

Right next to the beach. Very nice local beach vibe right on the doorstep. I was upgraded to the family at no extra cost so plenty of space to move around. Great for chilled beach holidays. Plenty of great restaurants and wonderful coffee shops on your doorstep.

Bizarre episode at check in with the payment. They prefer cash (normal here). A card payment attracts a 3% surcharge. I accepted the surcharge as it was too hot to be running around looking for cash (again). The receptionist then asked if I could bring her the 3% in cash after I’d paid for the room by card (kind of defeats the whole purpose of paying the 3%). They then processed a second card transaction for the 3% on a separate receipt. All a bit odd. It was a shame as the hotel was alright for the money and most of the staff were friendly.

Pretty much everything. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of menu. The staffs were all kind. Housekeeping service is exceptional as they change towels to cleans ones every day. The location was also perfect.

The sauna accessible time was limited to only two hours between 15-17. The room does not have bathtubs, which I already knew at the time of booking. It's just my preference to have a bathtub at a hotel.

Заселение строго с 14.00, пришлось с раннего утра ждать. Двойное название отеля, из -за которой постоянная путаница при вызове такси, отсутствие балкона, стаканов, небольшой ассортимент шведского стола, в частности мало фруктов. Небольшой бассейн с 2-мя шезлонгами, который работал только до 19.00. Постельное бельё каждый день не меняли, просто заправляли

Vi was an amazing host so welcoming each day at breakfast and so friendly .

Olin tilaavanani hotellihuoneen, mutta kohdallani asia meni pieleen äänierstyksen puutteen vuoksi. Huone oli esitekuvan mukainen. En osaa nukkua metelissä. En majoittuisi toista kertaa.
