"Expected more - very little sleep due to bed. Nice staff, nice small pool"

تعامل طاقم العمل غير المهني حيث أخبرونا بأنه لا تتوفر غرفة قبل يوم بالرغم أن الحجز كان فعالاً ولم نقم بإلغائه. وقد ألحت علينا الموظفة بأنه يجب علينا إلغاء الحجز. وعندما وصلنا للفندق في البداية أعطونا غرفة ليست بنفس المواصفات التي حجزناها ولم نقبل ثم اقترحوا أن يجدوا لنا غرفة في فندق آخر ثم بعد عناء طويل قاموا بتوفير غرفة لنا. في الواقع طاقم العمل يفتقر إلى المهنية في التعامل مع العملاء

La proximité de la plage

L'hôtel n'était pas isolé et notre chambre donne sur la route beaucoup de trafic et de klaxon et je dorme avec des boules dans les oreilles c'était pénible

Die Rezeption hat bei allen Fragen geholfen und war immer freundlich und nett. Der Pool war super für die alltägliche Abkühlung.

Ich fand es etwas komisch, dass man direkt am Anfang des Aufenthaltes bereits bezahlen mußte und am Ende erst warten mußten, bis das Zimmer abgenommen wurde. Das Hotel muß anscheinend schon einiges an schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
