Ronal hotel

- местоположение: первая линия у моря, хороший район, где весь движ, много магазинчиков в округе, рекомендую moonmilk - ежедневная уборка - бассейн на крыше, сауна, тренажерный зал, все небольшое, но хорошо что есть - каждый день приносят воду, чай, кофе - большой холодильник, хороший кондиционер, балкончик с блоками кондиционеров, где удобно белье сушить - просторный номер с удобными кроватями - жили на 8 этаже, улицу не слышно - хороший вай фай, было важно для работы

- бронировали не тот номер, что нам дали, но нас устроило, не стали разбираться - за оплату по карте берут 3%

The 3 bedroom apartment was a bit dated

Nice 3 Bedroom Apartment, equipped with everything expected - we booked an additional room for fitting all people - this one was very small but fine!

...more flexibility with check-in was expected but...(and we got informed that room was already available at time of arrival in the morning - we would have paid additional fees also...but no chance...). to handover 2 more bottles of water was to much to ask for...

Location

We got a Family room with a good size. with 6 adult and 3 Kids this was perfect! Clean and with the equipment we expected.

Missing Flexibility - We ask for an early check-In and got informed that the room we will get is already empty but there is a "rule??" which not allows the Stuff to give us the room earlier even if we would pay an additional Charge. Why they even inform us about the empty room...make no sense. We ask for additional water and it turns out there is another rule not alowe the stuff to provide my Family 2 bottles more Water for the day...hmmm

The location was perfect. Close to beach and restaurants.

We booked an apartment with 3 separat rooms. But it only had 2 rooms and a bed in the living room.

The hotel has a different name actually. It is Richico, not Ronal. No one told us about it in advance, so as we came at night we were shocked when couldn't find the right hotel. I was already planning to book smth else when we were said that Richico has Ronal name on booking.
