Ronal hotel

Not too much to like.

There is NO Ronal Hotel. The taxi driver stopped three times to ask for directions from locals. It's now the Richico Hotel. The room I got looked NOTHING like the pictures. Dark, tiny windows and the pillow and blankets smelled like sweat. Stay away from this place. Shower drain did NOT drain. Breakfast is NOT for westerners, only locals. Sorry excuse for a gym and pool. Totally dissatisfied and waste of money. Receptionist ladies were kind, but besides that, total fail. And as usual with screaming kids everywhere with parents who don't care. Men with saddles picking their toes everywhere as usual, very common in Vietnam.

Great room with a good view

Swimming pool cloudy and had massive amounts of chlorine bleach in it. Breakfast was apauling, all trays empty and not refilled, do not pay extra for breakfast it's terrible.

朝食を食べに行ったらほとんど残っておらず、ほとんど食べられなかった。

The location was good.

The apartment looks worn down. The three bedroom is literally 3 bedrooms. They could have provided some cutlery. There is no dining area inside the room. The safe has a fixed number which you cannot change. I booked based on the high ratings shown on booking.com. Frankly disappointed.

Mới đến nhìn KS sạch đẹp, tòa B thì mới hơn, tòa A thì nội thất trong phòng cũ. Chấm 7đ vì tổng thể KS cũng tạm đc, nhữg điều ko thích thì có thể nói lễ tân để khắc phục.

- Phòng dọn ko rửa cốc khi khách đã dùng. Mặc dù đã đc dọn phòng (chăn ga đã đc trải lại) nhưg đi chân đất vẫn sạn như chưa dọn. Khăn tắm của KS cũ quá. - Giặt quần áo ko báo số cân cho khách trc khi giặt nên khi thanh toán tiền giặt ko hài lòng lắm. - Giường phòng B601 kêu ọt ẹt như sắp sập đến nơi, quay ng cũng kêu rõ to nên mất giấc ngủ. - Ăn sáng tại KS ít món, ko ngon.
