"They could of done us favor to accommodate. We would come often."

They didn’t accommodate disabled needing first floor room even tho we checked in right at check in time . Seemed they had a lot of availability on first floor. Very wrong. We had already booked couldn’t back out cuz we had booked online and no money back

The ladies were friendly

The gentleman tried to charge me $20 additional dollars upon rebooking "for the time between check out and check in". Claiming that booking online hurts them financially.
