"Unpleasant experience."

I was unaware of any breakfast there. The room was clean.

Here are my list of complains. 1. No Wi Fi service. I went to the manager to complain, and asked for help. The manager was rude and dismissive. He even refuse to give me his name. 2. Very poor TV reception. Grainy screen, poor picture quality. 3. Faucet: hot water on the right side and cold water on the left side. It should be the other way around. 4. Water temperature at shower head, slightly wormer than lukewarm water. .
