Property was so nice we like the massive snooker table we all had fun playing and the hot tub was great aswell would definitely come again

There was nothing not to like the house is so big we all had a great time Christmas here

The size of the property was great for a family gathering. The snooker table and the hot tub were well used. It was very secure for our 2 dogs. Very pleased that it had a downstairs bedroom and wet room for elderly parents. We all really enjoyed everything about the property. The views from the bedrooms were amazing! We had a great 60th birthday party weekend.

Amazing place! I booked this house for myself and 13 friends for my birthday celebrations! The park manager met us at the door and We were welcomed with balloons and Prosecco which was a lovely touch. John (park manager) was also living on the park so was very quick/helpful answering any questions we had. The house was spotless when we arrived. There was lots of space for relaxing and socialising, with the snooker room a favourite. There was also a jacuzzi which was clean and ready for when we arrived. The blankets and books available in the living room made the house feel very cosy. The kitchen was well equipped for a big group. We enjoyed all the quirky touches in the rooms. We found lots of walks around the park which the dogs very much enjoyed. The house is set in a quiet area which was perfect for our relaxing break from the city. We ordered an online Morrisons to be delivered to the house which i would recommend as there is no shop on the park. I will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks

Look out for photoshopped images!! House was nice enough it just wasn't as described and not cleaned properly after the last people. I spoke with the owner about my issues but have had no reply for months from them which is quite dissapointing really.

I had the feedback from everyone from our stay here and we really did have a lovely time. There was just a few issues we came across really. We found the cleanliness of the place overall quite low with dust and dirty bathrooms ect. We then noticed there was sand in some of the beds which makes me think the previous people staying there went to the beach and the sheets had not been changed. We noticed yellow / dirty stains on other duvet covers too. The bbq was un usable which was upsetting as we had planned a bbq and had the weather for it too but we had to cook everything inside as there was old chicken and fag butt's inside the bbq. The hot tub was quite dirty if I'm being honest and I'm not sure if your filter system is broke or not but the hot tub was filled with brown scum on the top of the water and stuck around the edges which unfortunately prevented us from using it which was dissapointing. I also have one myself which that doesn't happen to. There is a fire pit in your photos online outside which was not there either. Another problem we had was the amount of toilet roll left for us. We had to drive to the stops first thing in the morning to buy some as we was left with 4 rolls for 9 people for 4 days and some rolls were already half used. This caused another inconvenience to us. Not sure if it's worth a mention about the upstairs shower - it constantly alternates hot and cold and we had to start using the downstairs one instead for all of us. After looking back at the listing on booking.com I have strong feelings that your photographs are photoshopped and you haven't been totally honest with your house which is quite dissapointing to us considering the price. I believe they had a large group before us and didn't have time to sort it out which I get but if the booking has been accepted it should have been ready fir us as we paid the same price for a different experience.

Great Facilities, nice location. Large bed rooms with nice beds. Good place to relax.Enjoyed the Hot tub .Best place for families.

Recommend a better BBQ stove. Recommend Deep clean in first floor bed rooms, spider webs to be removed. .Water leak in the living room roof to be fixed

The house could do with a deep clean throughout and requires some attention. Leak still not sorted, which was reported last October looking at the reviews

The house was stunning, boasting lots of room for everyone. The location was perfect, we went on a lovely walk around the location. The hot tub was brilliant. Lovely garden with ample space for dogs and children to play, with a nice bbq area. Stunning bedrooms and bathrooms. Great space for large gatherings and lots of space for fun. Big American style fridge freezer perfect for our big shopping delivery. Ideal having a dish washer big double oven. Beds were of all standards varying from firm to soft Low to high suiting everyone’s preference. Sofas were amazingly comfortable in the room and also in the snooker room, with lots of board games and books available to use. I would definitely recommend this spacious holiday home and will return in the future.

I would have preferred if they had steamer pans as it was hard cooking for a large group of people with only 5 rings.
