Excellent property, easy smooth check in when arrived, all bedrooms were beautiful, spacious and plenty of room for full capacity

Only minor concern was upstairs (main bathroom) shower was a bit worse for wear, and there were some dark hairs in it. But other than that whole house was basically spotless and plenty of other bathrooms so we just didn’t use that shower! Couple of bits need fixing (a window that didn’t fully shut and a cupboard in kitchen that was off the hinges) but didn’t affect our stay!

Lovely location, beautiful house, had a great stay, attentive owners highly recommend

Virtually all the house was great though with some small exceptions but it didn't spoil a great holiday!

Garden wasn't secure which didn't allow my dogs to go out Shower grating was clogged with hair and soap scum I had to remove the trap and clean out Upstairs shower leaked into the lounge below Not enough large pans to cook for 13 people Heating controls for games room were hidden behind a picture?

The facilities and space was superb.

The place was truly amazing, totally idyllic, the snooker room was incredible Hot tubs are always fun We had a full time chair user and the entrance ramp wasn’t quite up to it, so John immediately made us a new one and adapted it to work perfectly and was really attentive to our party’s needs
