Quiet and clean room, easy communication with the owners; luggage could also be stored before check in time and room was ready before check in which was really nice after a long bus ride

The room only has one window to the corridor and none to the outside

It wasnt essential for us but wifi didn't work.

A bit noisy, you could hear the other room wake up and talk.

Bed was comfy, and everywhere was very clean. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, nice area upstairs to eat overlooking the island and out onto the lake. Provided with free water which was great!

The bathroom is upstairs in the communal area which was a bit uncomfortable if you needed to go up and shower and walk past everyone on the sofas.

Staff were extremely accommodating checking in and out. Super location and the view from the roof and our room was lovely of the lake.

The shower wasn’t hot but only a minor drawback would still book to stay there if we come back to Flores again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with everything conveniently close by. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Considering the price, I found it to be an excellent value for the quality of service and amenities provided. I felt truly happy during my stay. One of the highlights was the third-floor terrace view. Enjoying a cup of coffee there really made me appreciate my joyful travels even more. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The private room had A/C and the staff was very nice, we could leave our luggage, clear instructions and quick response.

The room was very dirty, long black hair everywhere (I have blond hair), even on the towels. The private bathroom was not cleaned at all, water on the floor, dirty toilet, spit on the mirror....

They over booked and we were put in another casa Niki. Not as nice but ok. The hot water didn’t work. We called. They said it was fixed but continued no to work.

No hot water. Staff was nice and attentive when needed.
