Sunset Guesthouse

Loved the terrace and the AC in the room. The view to the lake was beautiful.

There were small windows behind the bed and we had to put our towel there not to be seen by the other guests, so it wasn't a problem. Maybe consider some curtains.

Jonathan is the sweetest and most helpful host you can imagine. Very kind person, helping you out with everything concerning not only your stay but also further travels.

Our bathroom was on a different level as the sleeping room, however we were pleasantly surprised we even had our own bathroom to begin with (since we had booked a shared one), so not really a complaint

A lot of facilities including a washer and dryer which was incredibly helpful. Spacious place with a huge terrace. There were also thoughtful things like sunscreen, aloe vera skincare, insect repellent in the common area for those who needed it. The first room we had was spacious with its own attached bathroom. We decided to stay another night but could not get the same room but the staff members were very helpful to move everything to the new room (we were out in tikal!). Communication was good.

Really nice, quiet and clean! :) great to do some laundry. We wanted to stay an extra night because we loved it so much but they were booked out so hosts even organized another beautiful and big apartment for us to stay at.

A place to hang up laundry would be great :)

Sweet room, great to have AC. Very clean. Location good. Lovely roof terrace with nice views. Kitchen available.

Bathroom on a different level to room. Private so it was okay but not the best.
