Die Lage ist direkt an Fushimi Station (2minuten entfernt) Sehr geräumig für japanische Verhältnisse, Betten sind groß genug gewesen, auch mit meiner Körpergröße über 1,80m Küchenutensilien ist das nötigste vorhanden, großartig kochen würde ich jetzt nicht, aber es gibt einen Topf, eine Pfanne und einen kettle für Wasser. Waschmaschine und Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen sind auch da.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Die HauptStraße ist sehr laut, und direkt vor dem Fenster. man sollte definitiv Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen oder kaufen wenn man Geräusch empfindlich ist.

Very quiet and comfy location, with the price it was understandable.

Would definitely not recommend for a first time visit in Japan though especially if you're carrying luggage's. Everything else is self serve, no towels or laundry detergent provided, the talk stairs going up with very minimal space. Beds are not very comfortable and one of the workers tried to walk in while i was packing my luggage :((

Its less than 5 min walk to the closest train station. Close to the grocery store and convenience store as well. Everything is provided from kitchenette and all. Absolutely love it. I left a sea-cucumber beauty soap as omiyage from Malaysia.

Right next to Fushimi station, which makes it easy to travel in Kyoto main city area It was clean and the facilities were good, we liked that we had access to a washer and dryer Equipped with a fridge and full kitchen The wifi was mostly working well Check in was easy, and the staff were there to greet us and talk us through the facilities It's opposite a big supermarket, bakers, KFC, and FamilyMart and Lawsons just a minutes walk. The room was a good size for Japan, spacious enough to have a dining table, and storage cupboard.

The beds are "traditional" Japanese beds, basically a futon on a bit of hard wood, this makes them very uncomfortable. I understand this may be traditional, but it's a poor excuse in my opinion. No towel included, which is very inconvenient. I don't understand why this is the case, seeing as they are cheap enough to buy and wash. We left the ones we bought, so hopefully they can use them for future guests :) It's situated on a noisy road, and the windows and walls are so thin, that we originally thought a window was open. A light sleeper would struggle for sure.
