This property does not have an elevator. The property will contact guests directly to inquire about arrival time. Please let the management office know what time you plan to arrive, and contact them if your plans change. The front desk is not regularly staffed. Please use the phone at the front desk to call the management office, and someone will come to meet you. Maid service is not performed and towels, pajamas, and Yukata robes are not provided. Linens will not be changed during your stay, and only one toothbrush set is provided.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
