The bugalows were beautifully surrounded by nature, various blooming plants with beautiful smells. The views were amazing and it was so nice and quiet. The staff was so helpful and nice. They even took me for a ride around the tesort in their buggy and kept my laptop while I went diving.

All was great.

The Service and the whole staff were outstandingly friendly and courteous. This was by far the Most relaxed experience we ever had. Front Desk was supporting us with all our Individual Requests, Drivers were always on Time and really Polite and the Room Service was doing a Great Job and always had a smile on their lips. We didnt mind since we had a car - but no food options are close to the Place. However, Front desk will always help to arrange delivery or Pick up Service provided by some Restaurants.

Our stay at the Carolines in Palau was an extraordinary experience, surpassing all our expectations for a getaway abroad. Each bungalow was a marvel of modern amenities, equipped with the latest comforts and maintained in mint condition. Waking up to the serene beauty of the bay and having breakfast on our balcony was a daily delight, an experience so surreal it felt like living in a dream. But what truly set our stay apart was the warmth and efficiency of the staff. Anne, at the front desk, was a beacon of helpfulness. Her expertise in organizing tours allowed us to explore Palau's hidden gems effortlessly. Her recommendations were spot-on, ensuring that every adventure was memorable. Furthermore, the service was seamless, epitomized by the prompt and reliable transportation provided. The driver was always available at a moment's notice, ready to whisk us away to our next adventure or back to the comfort of our bungalow. This wasn't just a stay; it was a journey into a world where every detail was curated for our enjoyment. We left with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime. Frankly speaking, the staff I met was kind and helpful. The view was great, and the room was clean.

More than 1150 USD cash was stolen in the closed suitcase in the room. The lock digits have changed, so we are sure that someone touch the suitcase and take the money during the day time that we went out for diving. After report the case to the manager and the police, nothing they could really do. Although we need to return the room keys to the front desk every morning for housekeeping, but no any direct evidence shows any staff was involved since there is no CCTV at all in the resort, and only one security guy in the whole resort who even also be the driver at the same time. The manager was just feel sorry about my experience, and bought a dinner for us, but that's definitely not what we need. The manager should feel sorry for their own poor security infrastructure and management, and try to enhance it, but unfortunately it seems they didn't notice that. I didn't wright the review after I come back, I thought maybe they could give me a satisfied response soon. But almost 3 months since the Palau trip now, there is no any updates and no any compensation plans at all. I am really disappointed so I decide to wright this down to share my real experience to the other customers. After discussed with few local tour guides, there's at least 3 times of cash stolen cases in Carolines this year, and not all of them called the police. Thus, I would remind anyone who plans to stay here, BE AWARE OF THEFT carefully before security issue solved. One more thing, there was no WiFi connection during 3 days of our 5-day stay, and the telephone in the room was dead it can answer but not dialing, so we have to walk to the front desk to ask for any requests.

Breakfast was fantastic, sitting at balcony enjoy the view. You must try.

really a beautiful place!! away from the uninteresting town, but with easy shuttle services. magnificent views! very kind, friendly and helpful staff. if you want a nice hideaway in Palau, go here. (if you want a big facility and a swimming pool etc, go elsewhere.)

Everything was amazing! The quietness of the resort, the views from the bungalows, the staff! We had an amazing three night stay here, and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet, unassuming, and peaceful hotel.

They sent the breakfast to the room. Having the breakfast with the morning view was the one of the highlight of the day.
