The property was clean, beautiful, well looked after and cozy on arrival. The kids loved the clean spacious feel. Tv and everything worked, bedding and cushions really comfy. Definitely will be back for summer exploring. We went Aira falls which took 45 mins and to Windermere on way home

Easy arrival the owner was super great to get hold of and even if it was for stupid things like check out she replied…dog friendly which is a must for us they absolutely loved staying here..it was clean tidy everything you needed was supplied I couldn’t recommend it enough…close to some amazing walks too we will be returning next year for sure 😊

I thought the property was in excellent condition with everything we needed. In a quiet location but accessible to the places we wanted to visit. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we can return in the future.
