Generally not very clean family's living in single rooms noisy and banging all night would definitely avoid !!!

The bed was really comfortable ,free parking

door of the bedroom didn't shut properly,the carpet had iron burn mark ,unless you had Netflix don't bother because the telly didn't work, no towels in the bathroom

The staff was very welcoming. Place was very clean. Even extended our stay for another 2 weeks due to some renovation issues at my own home. Would recommend as it's a very convenient location. Close to Dudley Town Centre about 5 minutes drive. Not far from Birmingham City Centre as well. Overall a very good experience.

I had an unpleasant experience at Stainless Guest House and had to cut my stay short due to the unacceptable hygiene conditions. I initially planned to stay one night with my little one, but upon arrival, I quickly realized the room was not properly cleaned. The bedding had visible dirty marks, the bathroom sink and shower were not in a clean state, and I even found hair in the toilet, which was very off-putting. The TV in the room had such poor signal that it was practically unwatchable. I felt really disappointed and uncomfortable, especially realizing my child would have to stay in such an unclean environment with me.
